What We Do

From Displacement to Economic Participation

We design and implement refugee-led, evidence-based programs that address both immediate needs and long-term economic inclusion. Our work spans five interconnected thematic areas, each intentionally structured to move refugees from aid dependence to economic participation and contribution.

Our Thematic Areas of Focus

Agriculture & Environment

We strengthen food security and climate resilience by supporting refugee and host-community farmers with inputs, technical coaching, and climate-smart practices, while creating green jobs through refugee-led waste recycling initiatives.

Economic Transformation

We unlock income generation opportunities by equipping refugees with market-relevant skills, entrepreneurship training, and pathways to employment. Through vocational training, MSME support, job readiness, and business incubation, we enable refugees to start enterprises, access decent work, and participate meaningfully in local and national economies.

Social Cohesion

We promote peaceful coexistence and shared prosperity by designing programs that bring refugees and host communities together through economic collaboration. By supporting joint livelihood activities, group-based enterprises, and community engagement initiatives, we reduce tensions, build trust, and foster inclusive development where both refugees and host populations benefit.
